    Frequently Asked Questions

    What options are available?

Our kitchens come from a high quality local supplier, there is a choice of colours for you to chose.

Our units come in corrugated metal cladding and can be ordered in a variety of colours.

    What is BSi 3632 (2015) & EN 1647?

BSi 3632 is the British Standard to which residential park homes (and some lodges) are built. They are suitable for permanent residence (depending on the site licence), and all year round use.

EN1647 is the European standard for caravan lodges, which are suitable for temporary, or seasonal holiday use only.

2016 saw the introduction of BS3632:2015, which replaced the previous standard.  Lodges built to the new standard benefit from many improvements, the largest being seen in terms of energy efficiency. The new standard will see both letting parks and owners see savings from reduced energy consumption and therefore in running costs.

Will my lodge look the same as on the website or brochure?

The images used on our website and brochures are for illustration purposes only and showcase the variety of finishes we have manufactured over the years. Our current range will look very similar to the images on the website but as the product is continually improving and adapting there may be some changes as well as different choices available to make on cladding and kitchen colours.

All fixed items are included in the unit, soft furnishings are excluded and will be yours to choose to make the lodge your own.

Can I put a holiday lodge on my own land?

Yes this is a possible option. However please check with your local authority if planning permission is required or the change of use of the land, requires your local authorities permission.
