Great to hear you are considering a Lowfield Leisure unit.
Here are some things you need to know about your next steps with Lowfield Leisure, should you wish to purchase a unit:
Before you order:
You will need to fill out a site access questionnaire in order for Lowfield Leisure to provide a full quote for the units. This is because:

Prior to delivery:
As Lowfield Leisure units are not on a stereotypical chassis, they are much more flexible and can be placed much lower to the ground than traditional leisure units to assist access.

Sited low to the ground. Access to services via a service pit.

Sited high enough to allow access underneath the unit.
Some sites already have a full concrete pad installed on site. Assuming this is level, the unit can be simply lowered straight onto this. There will however need to be a service pit created to connect the services up once the unit has been landed. If you would like the unit higher off the ground, then piers will need to be provided. These piers can come straight off the slab if one is in-situ, alternatively, individual piers can be created to any desired height. A plan for the location of these will be provided depending on the lodge you have chosen.

Unit located directly onto a concrete base. (Service pit required for connections)

Unit located onto concrete piers, finishing at ground level. (Service pit required for connections)

Piers built up off concrete base, minimum 450mm height. (Providing full access to services)

Piers built up off concrete foundations. Minimum pier height 450mm. (Providing full access to services)
It is your responsibility to ensure the site is prepared to receive the unit with services ready for connection.
Your ground-works contractor will need to do this allowing for the minimum support of a pier constructed in concrete or 7.3N/mm² solid-concrete blocks, no greater than 350mm off a level and even surface. An allowance of +/- 20mm will be accommodated for when delivering the unit for final levelling.
Engineering stipulates foundations should be designed to the prevailing ground conditions of the site, accommodating unfactored loads of 50kN vertical force, 10kN horizontal force and appropriately secured down to withstand an uplift of 15kN.
Your services will be required to be connected by a competent registered, Plumber & Electrician, and clear access to these services will be required under the unit when building your supporting foundations.
